Before you start notarizing, you'll have to submit an application and complete training. If you have not done so already, you will also need to register as an eNotary with the State of Nevada. Currently, we aren't taking notaries outside of Nevada, but we'll be working on adding more states soon. Check back often for updates!

How will I sign my document online?

With our electronic signing technology, all you'll need to sign the document is a keyboard and a device with access to the internet. No additional equipment is necessary. At Online Notary Center, we utilize a number of security features to ensure the safety and validity of your document signature.

Is it really legal to notarize online?

Yes! As of 2020, at least 43 states have authorized notary publics to perform remote online notarizations (RONs), and this number is only expected to grow. At Online Notary Center, our notaries are registered with the State of Nevada, but our users come from all across the country.

  • However, not every type of document may be electronically signed, so it is important to check with the agency that needs your notarized document to see its requirements.
