Can my entire team use one business account?
Yes. Business and Enterprise accounts support multiple team members. You can add users, set roles/permissions, and track usage per user or department.
How does billing work for business accounts?
After each completed notarization, your account is updated and you can pay directly in your dashboard. Enterprise plans can qualify for monthly invoicing and consolidated billing.
Can we integrate your platform with our CRM or internal systems?
Yes. We offer a REST API and webhook support for document automation, real-time status updates, and integrating notarization flows into CRMs, LOS platforms, intake systems, or internal tools.
What security and compliance measures do you support?
All notarizations are encrypted, recorded, and stored according to state RON laws. Audit trails, ID verification, tamper-evident documents, and secure storage are included. We can provide SOC 2 documentation for Enterprise clients upon request.
