A traditional notary commission from Nevada.
An online notarial commission ('eNotary') from Nevada.
- Click here for the application. Once completed, please select Online Notary Center as your electronic device provider in the registration process, the registration fee is $50 to the Secretary of State.
A surety bond and at least $25,000 in Error & Omission insurance.
An SSL digital certificate from IdenTrust. The SSL digital certificate you need to purchase from IdenTrust is called: “IGC Basic Assurance Unaffiliated Software Certificate.” (if you chose our Premium Plan, don’t worry about this one—we’ll take care of it for you).
A signature and seal. This will be used to notarize documents. Make sure your digital signature matches the wet signature you used to sign your traditional notarial commission.
An exemplar and seal letter, which our team will send you as soon as we’ve reviewed your profile.
